I’m a local, independent Surveyor and Valuer based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
I tailor my advice to meet your circumstances. Growing family? Down-sizing? Something else? – I will keep these in mind when reporting on the property.

Choosing a survey shouldn't be so hard...
When faced with several products, it often confuses a process that is already lengthy and stressful. That’s why I have opted to offer one type of survey suitable for whichever property you are buying. I tailor the report to your chosen property and your circumstances.
Worrying about which survey is best or whether you’ll get the information you need in a survey of a ‘lower level’ can be overwhelming. I remove those worries. All you have to do is call me, tell me about you and the property you wish to buy, and I will do the rest. You can then book a video call where we can discuss the report to make sure you fully understand any issues I may have raised.
